Infinix had introduced the X1 lineup of smart TVs in India last year with the launch of two models, the Infinix X1 32-inch TV (32X1) and the Infinix X1 43-inch (43X1) TV. Well, the brand has now launched one more TV model in the Infinix X1 series, the Infinix X1 40-inch TV (40X1). It comes as one of the most affordable 40-inch smart TVs in the Indian market.
Infinix X1 40-inch TV (40X1), as the name suggests, has a 40-inch display. It is an LCD panel with DLED backlight technology and a 60Hz refresh rate. The screen has a full-HD resolution and it supports HDR 10 and HLG standards. According to the brand, the display has a maximum brightness of 350 nits. As for the audio, the Infinix X1 40-inch TV has two speakers with a total output power of 24W (12W for each speaker).
Under the hood, the Infinix X1 40-inch TV has a MediaTek MT6683 chipset which packs four 64-bit CPU cores and Mali-470MP3 GPU. The SoC is mated to 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. On the software side of things, you get the Android TV operating system. The OS version, however, is currently unknown. The TV has PlayStore and it also comes loaded with a bunch of other apps including Netflix.
Connectivity options of the Infinix X1 40-inch TV include single-band Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth v5.0, 2 HDMI ports, 2 USB 2.0 Type-A ports, one optical audio out, one 3.5mm audio jack, and an RJ45 port for internet connectivity. Since the TV has the Android TV OS, it also supports Chromecast functionality. The Infinix X1 40-inch TV comes with a table stand and it supports wall-mount options as well.
As for pricing and availability, the Infinix X1 40-inch TV price in India is Rs 19,999. According to the brand, this is an introductory price. However, the company hasn’t revealed the price that will be applicable once the introductory offer ends. Anyway, the TV will go on sale in India from 8th August exclusively through the e-commerce website Flipkart.
