Motorola Moto G40 Fusion smartphone revealed in Indian market along with Moto G60. The handset comes with a big 120Hz LCD display, Snapdragon upper mid-range 4G chipset, triple rear camera, 6000mah monster battery, latest Android 11 OS support with close to stock Android experience, and more.
Motorola Moto G40 Fusion features a 6.78 inches IPS LCD display with a 120Hz fast refresh rate, HDR 10, 20.5:9, and Full-HD+ ( 1080 x 2460 pixels ) resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with a Snapdragon 732G octa-core chipset coupled with an overclocked Adreno 618 GPU. It is accompanied by 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of storage that can be extended up to 1TB via a microSD card slot. It measures 169.613 x 75.88 x 9.6mm and weighs 220 grams.
In terms of optics, the Motorola Moto G40 Fusion boasts a triple rear camera that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-macro sensor with a 117-degree Field of View, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera under the punch-hole at the top center. The device is running on Android 11 OS out of the box.
The Motorola Moto G40 Fusion comes equipped with a 6000mah battery and supports 20W fast charging. For connectivity, the smartphone includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G LTE, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors onboard, the Moto G40 Fusion sports a Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor, and a rear-mounted physical fingerprint sensor.
As for pricing and availability, the Motorola Moto G40 Fusion comes in two configurations, 4GB + 64GB priced at Rs. 13,999 and 6GB + 128GB for Rs. 15,999. The company provided the smartphone in two color options namely Frosted Champagne, and Dynamic Grey. The phone will go on sale on 1st May at 12pm via e-commerce platform website Flipkart.
