Samsung has launched the Galaxy A03 smartphone in India. The new Galaxy A03 is an entry-level smartphone from the South Korean tech company that offers mediocre specifications. The handset flaunts a 6.5-inch display with an HD+ resolution. It is powered by a Unisoc T606 processor. The device features a 48MP camera on the back and packs a 5,000mAh battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy A03 boasts of a 6.5-inch TFT display with an HD+ resolution. The display features a water-drop-shaped notch at the center which houses the selfie camera. Powering this latest A-series smartphone is a 1.6GHz Unisoc T606 processor. The SoC includes up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The smartphone also has microSD card support which allows storage expansion up to 1TB.
The back of the Samsung Galaxy A03 includes a dual-camera setup. The rear-facing camera module includes a 48MP primary lens and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front side, the handset features a 5MP selfie camera. On the front software, the handset runs Android 11 out of the box with One UI Core 3.1 on top.
The Samsung Galaxy A03 is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that has 10W charging support. Connectivity-wise the smartphone has features such as dual-SIM card support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, microUSB port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. In terms of dimensions, the smartphone measures 164.2 x 75.9 x 9.1mm and weighs 206 grams.
For official pricing and availability, the Samsung Galaxy A03 3GB RAM + 32GB storage model is priced at ₹10,499, while the 4GB RAM variant with 64GB of internal storage costs ₹11,999. The smartphone comes in three colours—black, blue and red. The handset will be available for purchase in India via Samsung.com, leading e-commerce portals and retail stores.
