OMEGA X 's conflict with Spire Entertainment 's management has found a solution. The group recently won a lawsuit against management. This news was delivered directly by OMEGA X through the official Instagram account. Their exclusive contract with Spire Entertainment has been officially suspended.
"Hello, we are OMEGA X. Today we won a lawsuit that we filed against the agency to suspend the validity of an exclusive contract," the members said through posts on Instagram. "We made it to this point thanks to the fans who have reached out and given us courage.
Thank you for worrying about us and supporting us until now," he continued. "FOR X (OMEGA X fans), we love you very much and are very grateful. We will repay all of you with better music and awesome performances. Thank you," concluded OMEGA X.
Previously in November 2022, OMEGA X announced that it had filed a lawsuit to terminate the contract with Spire Entertainment. They also sued the company leadership because the CEO (who is also the chairman's wife) had publicly abused OMEGA X members.
Following the controversy over allegations of sexual and verbal harassment against OMEGA X, the CEO has finally decided to step down from his position. Due to the many conjectures and speculations regarding this case, OMEGA X officially held a press conference and explained their position.
