The news became an uproar after the police arrested a group of brokers on suspicion of helping famous people avoid or reduce the effect of their mandatory military service. Claims emerged regarding one of the rappers using the broker's services, whose characteristics point to VIXX's Ravi .

It is reported that the rapper left the popular TV entertainment program in May 2022 and enlisted in the military in October 2022. Ravi is known to have decided to leave the 1 Night 2 Days program in May 2022 when his last appearance episode on the show aired, and enlisted in public service in October 27, 2022.

The service is managed by a former military official named Mr. Goo, using the knowledge he gained from serving in the military. He set up an office in the Gangnam area of ​​Seoul and informs people about how to avoid or reduce their mandatory military service.
