Now, reports are circulating that Song Joong Ki has auditioned for the BBC series in 2021. The audition was reportedly carried out after completing filming for the popular series Vincenzo. One of the reasons Song Joong Ki auditioned was so he could get closer to his girlfriend. However, the management denied this.
"Song Joong Ki did not audition for a BBC series," said HighZium Studio. "But he attended a meeting with one of the BBC representatives," he continued. Apart from that, HighZium Studio also said that Song Joong Ki is very open to undertaking projects abroad. But until now, there is still no confirmed any project.

"Actor Song Joong Ki is currently in a special relationship with a woman, who are both living it with positive feelings," said management. "We hope the fans will support their relationship," he continued.
Song Joong Ki is known to have failed at marriage. He was once married to Song Hye Kyo after the two of them had an affair after meeting on Descendants of the Sun. Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo were married for two years before finally deciding to divorce. During their marriage they were not blessed with children.
