One of the participants in MBC's variety show ' Boy Fantasy ', Hinata, withdrew due to being dragged into a controversy. Quoting from Soompi on Tuesday March 7, 2023, a representative from the variety show program 'Boy Fantasy' said that Hinata decided to resign because of controversy regarding her personal life which is currently being widely discussed in online media.

"Hinata has decided to withdraw from 'Boy Fantasy' due to the controversy over her personal life," said the official from 'Boy Fantasy'. MBC also said that they would edit and cut Hinata's screen time as much as possible. They added, "We plan to cut out the scenes featuring Hinata as much as possible when the variety show 'Boy Fantasy' airs."

Regarding the issue of Hinata's resignation from the variety show program 'Boy Fantasy', it was suddenly caused by the rise of controversial news about her circulating on online community sites. An online community user posted information about Hinata, and said that he took inappropriate actions when he was still an active content creator on the TikTok application.

The poster said, "This is very dangerous. Don't let Hinata debut. I don't recommend you support someone like him. In detail, someone accused Hinata by saying that when she was in her second year of high school, Hinata had an inappropriate act with a junior high school student.

Someone who accused Hinata was known to be a Japanese citizen. He said that Hinata also showed a bad attitude towards her fans. Although the truth has not been fully proven. However, after this news circulated in online communities, Hinata privately admitted to some of the accusations leveled against her. 

Through posts on social media, Hinata admitted that she had an inappropriate relationship with a junior high school student. As a result, Hinata decided to withdraw from participating in the variety show 'Boy Fantasy'. Fans were shocked by news of the controversy, and regretted Hinata's behavior in the past.
