Brave Girls some time ago did not renew their contract with their old management, Brave Entertainment. In early 2023, their activities as a group ceased and Brave Girls was declared disbanded. Now, Brave Girls has announced that they will return to the world of music and have found a new management.
All four members, Minyoung, Yujeong, Eunji, and Yuna, have signed contracts with Warner Music Korea. "We and the members agreed to work together, and prioritize group activities," said Warner Music Korea. However, there is a possibility that Brave Girls will change the name. Currently, this is still being discussed.
After this news was revealed, Minyoung also greeted fans on Instagram. He revealed Brave Girls' plans for a comeback in the near future. "We are preparing to meet fans again in the summer of 2023. We will greet all of you with better music and show a new side," said Minyoung .
"I'm very grateful to the fans who previously felt sad and waited for news from us after being declared disbanded some time ago," he concluded. Previously, Brave Entertainment announced that it would terminate the contract with Brave Girls through an official statement.
The management at that time said that Brave Girls had officially disbanded. "Exclusive contracts with Minyoung, Yujeong, Eunji, and Yuna end today. After long discussions, Brave Entertainment and Brave Girls have agreed to part ways," said Brave Entertainment through a statement released.
"The members intend to continue to support one another, and repay all the fans' love and support in their own way," he continued. Brave Girls debuted in 2011. Throughout their career, they changed formation several times until in 2016, Minyoung, Yujeong, Eunji, and Yuna were announced as permanent members until they were declared disbanded.
