The conflict between the three EXO members namely, Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin continues to roll on and has yet to find a bright spot. SM Entertainment still denies the complaints of its artists, accusing a third party of influencing the artist to terminate the contract and take legal action.

It cannot be denied that even though fans fully support Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin's decision, fans are also worried that the three of them cannot reunite with EXO. As if giving a ray of hope to fans, legal representatives for Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin said that the three of them wanted to continue activities with EXO even though they had terminated their contract with SM Entertainment.

"We will find a way so that they can stay with EXO even though they have terminated the contract. Even before terminating the contract, during negotiations with SM, idols have offered cooperation that can allow them to participate in EXO activities," said lawyer Lee Jae Hak as their legal representative. as quoted from Koreaboo June 2, 2023.

The Lawyer also said that the dispute between the three EXO members and SM Entertainment had nothing to do with their love for the fans who have supported them for a long time. Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin are very grateful for the love and support given by EXO fans. No matter what form of legal issues will be resolved in the future, they want to continue to work hard and each and every as a team called EXO.

Meanwhile, on June 2, 2023, Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin again released an official statement through their legal representatives regarding their legal case with the SM Entertainment agency. Lawyer Lee Jae Hak said, "SM's claim of third-party interference is simply a fabricated fact to avoid granting legal rights to the artist and further mislead public opinion."

Regarding accusations against Big Planet Made's agency as a third party influencing EXO members, lawyer Lee Jae Hak denied this. The Lawyer also emphasized that Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin had never signed a contract with another agency as alleged by SM Entertainment.

According to Lee Jae Hak, the three EXO members received a lot of input from people around them to find the right solutions to their problems, such as family members, colleagues, seniors in the music industry, to the staff who work with them. The lawyer said that the artist is an adult who can think for himself maturely and is responsible for the decisions they make. So, this case has nothing to do with third parties.
