BTS' Jungkook will perform his solo song " Seven " on the SBS Inkigayo music program. Reporting from KBIZoom on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, according to the Sports Chosun report, the event is scheduled to be broadcast live on July 30, 2023. This is the first time Jungkook has performed the song "Seven" on a Korean music program. 

He performed the first stage for the song "Seven" at the GMA 2023 Summer Concert Series in Central Park, New York, United States of America on July 14, 2023. Next, Jungkook sang the song "Seven" on the popular BBC English talk show "The One Show" on July 22, 2023. 

As such, he has never sung the song in Korea live. Jungkook, who is at the top of global charts along with the release of his official solo song "Seven", will showcase his perfect singing and live performance skills on Inkigayo for Korean ARMY (BTS fandom ). 

In particular, this is the first time Jungkook has stood on the Inkigayo stage as a solo singer, raising the expectations of Korean ARMY. The song "Seven" was released on July 14, 2023 and immediately won 39 million views on YouTube through its MV. Jungkook hooked actress Han So Hee as the main star in the video clip, making netizens even more enthusiastic.

Meanwhile, as of Tuesday July 25, 2023, the MV "Seven" has exceeded 100 million views on YouTube, which is only about 10 days since the MV was released. From the day of its release, the song "Seven" immediately topped the iTunes charts in various countries around the world. 

Not only that, the song also made history by debuting at the first position on the Billboard Hot 100. Through this impressive record, Jungkook overtook Jimin as the only Korean artist to get first place solo after Jimin's song "Like Crazy". Apart from Jimin, BTS is the only other Korean act to top the Billboard Hot 100. 

Previously, Jungkook reached number 22 on the chart after appearing on Charlie Puth's "Left and Right", and the OST song "7 Fates: CHAKHO" entitled "Stay Alive" (produced by Suga) also peaked at number 95. In its first week of release from July 14 to 20, "Seven" sold a combined total of over 153,000 song downloads and CD singles.
