Reaping praise, ENHYPEN's Jake continues to appear professional even though he is enduring pain until he almost cries at the concert. ENHYPEN just finished their FATE in SEOUL world tour which took place on July 29-30 2023 at KSPO DOME, Seoul.
After completing the second day of the concert, via live broadcast on Weverse, Jake revealed that he almost cried because he was tired of dancing the choreography for 'Criminal Love'. Jake revealed that he was exhausted because of the popping movement that requires a lot of power in the song 'Criminal Love'.
Not to mention several other movements that also require the same strength. Some of Jake's fancams shared by fans also show that Jake looks in pain in the middle of the performances of the songs 'Criminal Love' and 'Sacrifice (Eat Me Up)'. Jake seemed to grind his teeth to close his eyes to endure the pain.
While dancing the choreography for 'Criminal Love', Jake thought that he had to finish 'Criminal Love' with power even though he still had to dance next. Until finally he couldn't help being tired, Jake admitted that he had tears in his eyes at that time. Some fans may not realize it because Jake is still trying to control his expression at that time.
Even so, Jake managed to finish the first day of the concert very well. Many fans praised Jake's professional attitude for wanting to finish the stage when he couldn't take it anymore. The song 'Criminal Love', which is included in the setlist for the FATE in SEOUL world tour, does require extra power.
Many fans also agree with this. On social media, fans express their pity and pride for ENHYPEN members because they can't imagine how tired they are. "It's really sad to see that even though his body is tired, Jake is still professional in showing the best for Engene..." commented one fan.
"No wonder I felt that Jake on day 1 was a bit less active than usual, I mean he didn't act much. It looks really tired…” said another fan. "Thank you for sticking around Jake... I'm so proud of you," proud fans. Meanwhile, ENHYPEN will continue its second concert tour 'FATE' in Japan and America starting next September.
