In his interview, Cha Eun Woo revealed his reasons for choosing the drama A Good Day to Be a Dog as a mathematics teacher. This handsome actor has now transformed into a mathematics teacher.
The drama is adapted from a webtoon entitled A Good Day to Be a Dog. Tells the story of a woman who was cursed, in this curse she always turned into a dog when she kissed a man. Only one man can thwart Han Hae Na's (Park Gyu Young) curse, namely Jin Seo Won ( Cha Eun Woo ). Strangely, Jin Seo Won is very afraid of dogs due to a traumatic event.
However, he forgot about the incident until it was no longer in his memory. Meanwhile, Cha Eun Woo plays the character of a critical and handsome high school mathematics teacher. MBC has released images of the latest drama featuring the character Jin Seo Won, played by this ASTRO member.
Cha Eun Woo appears with a stylish and neat appearance. He is very suitable to be a mathematics teacher. The way he observes students is very charismatic. He crossed his arms and stood in front of the blackboard wearing glasses. When asked the reason for choosing this drama project, Cha Eun Woo revealed.
"Personally, I like dogs. I think changing the subject to a dog when kissed is interesting and exciting, so I chose this project. I think the unique topic in this drama will be an attraction." he said. Meanwhile, regarding his role as Jin Seo Won, he also revealed. "This character appears cold on the outside because he is afraid of dogs since his childhood trauma.
Even though he is actually a very warm-hearted character." he explained. Cha Eun Woo added that he also likes mathematics. "I like mathematics and work in this drama as a mathematics teacher. So, I wanted to express it in a more fun way especially in three dimensions." he said.
Meanwhile, he also revealed several elements that he tried to display in his role as Jin Seo Won. "To understand exactly how Jin Seo Won transforms when he is with Hae Na who has the opposite character, I had to consult with the director and scriptwriter for each part of the scene one by one." he said.
Cha Eun Woo continued, "I'm also cold on the outside but warm on the inside. In my opinion, this element is also similar to the character Seo Won. The difference is, I like dogs, but Seo Won is afraid of dogs." he said. When asked for keywords that describe his character, Cha Eun Woo mentioned, "Math, Uncle, and Hae Na."
The reason he mentioned the three characters, "Because Jin Seo Won is the character of a mathematics teacher. So, I felt I couldn't separate mathematics from him. I chose uncle and Hae Na because he really appreciates his nieces Yul and Hae Na." he said.
