The latest SBS drama “ 7 Escape ” has shared stills featuring Lee Joon, making viewers even more impatient to watch it. Starring Uhm Ki Joon, Hwang Jung Eum, Lee Joon, Lee Yoo Bi, Shin Eun Kyung, Yoon Jong Hoon, Jo Yoon Hee, and Jo Jae Yoon, “7 Escape” tells the story of seven people involved in the disappearance of a girl, who ultimately entangled in lies and complicated ambitions.
“7 Escape” is a collaborative drama by scriptwriter Kim Soon Ok and director Joo Dong Min, who previously worked together on “The Last Empress” and “The Penthouse.” Lee Joon will play Min Do Hyuk, a dangerous man who was once a gangster. Min Do Hyuk is just living life as he was born, and has no dreams or hopes.

Lee Joon, who worked with writer Kim Soon Ok and director Joo Dong Min for the first time through “The Escape of the Seven,” shared his impressions of starring in the drama. “When I first saw the script after receiving the offer for the drama, I read it in one sitting because it was so interesting.

Regarding how he portrayed the character Min Do Hyuk, Lee Joon revealed, “Min Do Hyuk is a character that is sometimes light and sometimes very heavy, so I think it's important to make both parties feel like different characters so he seems unpredictable. He is a character who is on the dark side of the world, but I tried to bring innocence to the character.” Meanwhile, “7 Escape” will premiere on September 15, 2023 at 22.00 local time, every Friday and Saturday.
