Red Velvet 's Wendy finally officially made a comeback as a solo singer through the release of her second mini album entitled ' Wish You Hell ' on March 12, 2024. Simultaneously, the music video for the main song 'Wish You Hell' has also been uploaded on the SMTOWN YouTube channel.

Quoting from the SMTOWN YouTube channel on Wednesday March 13, 2024, the music video for the main song 'Wish You Hell' is presented in a humorous concept, but aesthetic at the same time.  In accordance with the title of the song, spooky or scary aromas are also displayed in the music video for this song.

It opens with a scene of a tense atmosphere outside the church, the figure of Red Velvet's Wendy with a different personality enters the church where there is a coffin in which lies another figure of Wendy in a white wedding dress. Suddenly Wendy's figure in the coffin rose and was shocked to see another figure of herself.

Not wanting the figure of Wendy who has the image of someone who always behaves well in the eyes of people to be in this world, another figure of Wendy drags the coffin and makes the good figure of Wendy trapped in another world which is described as 'Hell'. In particular, the main song 'Wish You Hell' tells of the desire to change your image and stop being someone who looks good in everyone's eyes by being yourself.

The sentence 'Wish You Hell' is directed at Wendy herself who wants to find her identity. Wendy, who previously appeared with the ballad song genre on her first mini album 'Like Water', has now switched to releasing songs with a pop genre and more beatable music.

Wendy's cheerful vocals also match the band's musical accompaniment in the main song 'Wish You Hell', presenting the unique side of Red Velvet's Wendy, who is known for her impressive vocal abilities in the slow song or ballad genre.

Meanwhile, Wendy's second mini album 'Wish You Hell' consists of six songs, with the main song having the same title.  Plus 5 other b-side tracks that are no less cool, namely 'His Car Isn't Yours', 'Best Ever', 'Better Judgment', 'Queen of the Party', and 'Vermilion'.
