The boy group NCT has just debuted their newest and final unit, namely NCT Wish , on February 21, 2024. The group fronted by Sion, Riku, Yushi, Jaehee, Ryo, and Sakuya will promote in Japan and South Korea respectively.
They have also released their debut single album entitled 'Wish' which has successfully received a warm welcome from fans. Quoting from Allkpop on Thursday April 4, 2024, recently the six members of NCT Wish conducted an interview session with the media for the Wishful Day event.
On this occasion, the members were asked about which other NCT members they would like to collaborate with if they had the opportunity to join the NCT U unit project. As the group's main vocalist, Jaehee expressed his desire to be in a unit with the vocal line, including Taeil, Doyoung, Jaehyun, and Haechan.
“While practicing the song 'Coming Home' from NCT U, I thought I would like to perform that song someday. The members who sang the song are seniors Taeil, Doyoung, Jaehyun, and Haechan, so I want to stand on stage with them one day.”
Yushi said he wanted to do a rap collaboration with Mark. However, he admitted that his rap skills were still lacking, and promised to work harder. While the youngest member Sakuya said, "My role model is senior Taeyong. I want to collaborate on a song like 'Misfit'.”
Ryo, who was previously an NCT fan, admitted that he wanted to collaborate with Doyoung and Renjun, as well as perform ballad songs, after he improved his vocal skills and practiced hard. Not to forget, leader Sion revealed, "I want to collaborate with senior Ten.
When I saw his performance on the 'NCT Nation' concert stage, I really got goosebumps. So, I want to promote with him.” Lastly, Riku said that he wanted to participate in a song featuring all the NCT members, as well as perform it on stage.
