Lee Jae Wook's latest Instagram post showing off his latest photo shoot with a fashion magazine. The 'Alchemy of Souls' star will grace the cover of Singles magazine for the May 2024 issue. However, what is in the spotlight is the caption given by the actor, giving rise to various comments from netizens.

Lee Jae Wook shared a glimpse of his photo shoot with the fashion magazine, showing off his sharp charm in the shoot. Simultaneously with the upload of the image, the actor added the caption "Singles" which refers to the name of the magazine in question.

However, apparently netizens failed to focus on this and instead thought it was an announcement of their current relationship status. Remembering that this is his first Instagram post since breaking up with Karina. Previously, on April 2, various Korean news media revealed that Lee Jae Wook and Karina Aespa had reportedly broken up. 

In response, the actor's label, C-JeS Studio confirmed the separation by saying, "Lee Jae Wook made the decision to focus on his current filming projects." Even though they are separated, the agency said that the two of them will continue to support each other as colleagues. 

The couple split five weeks after confirming their relationship to the public. Reporting from Kdramastars April 17, 2024, Lee Jae Wook and Karina's relationship was revealed on February 27. The two first met at the Fall/Winter 2024 Men's Collection fashion show in Milan on January 14, 2024.

At the peak of dating rumors, Karina's agency, SM Entertainment said that they were in the "Getting to know each other" stage. Meanwhile, Lee Jae Wook's agency also expressed the same stance and confirmed the actor's dating status. However, amidst the great support from their fans there is online criticism and hatred from netizens. 

The outlet speculated that the reason behind the breakup was mental stress due to hate comments. Meanwhile, Lee Jae Wook recently made a K-drama comeback through the crime-thriller series 'The Impossible Heir' with Lee Jun Young and Hong Su Zu.

For his next project, viewers will see the actor in another interesting K-drama along with Jo Bo Ah, starring in the novel-based series titled 'Hong Rang' 'Hong Rang' will be directed by Kim Hong Seon, director of 'Money Heist: Korea-Joint Economic Area' Part 1 and 2, and 'LUCA: The Beginning'. 

'Hong Rang' is a historical-romance drama that depicts the story of a merchant family who became rich through art trading during the Joseon Dynasty. Apart from starring Lee Jae Wook and Jo Bo Ah, this drama will also star Jung Ga Ram, Kim Jae Wook, Uhm Ji Won, and Park Byung Eun as the main stars.
