Yoo Seung Ho will make his theater debut in 'Angels in America'. On June 19, 2024, YG Entertainment announced that the actor would play the lead role of Prior Walter, marking his first appearance on the theater stage. Set in 1980s America, 'Angels in America' investigates the lives of marginalized individuals affected by race, politics, religion and sexual orientation.

The work, which has received critical acclaim since its premiere in 1991, reveals the intense lives of people living with repressed desires in a society filled with hatred and prejudice. The character played by Yoo Seung Ho is a terminally ill gay man who struggles with his illness and the end of his relationship, living a tumultuous life filled with visions and realities as he struggles to maintain love.

To authentically portray this complex character, who maintains grace and intelligence despite social norms and internal guilt, Yoo Seung Ho will undergo a bold transformation, both internally and externally. He decision to expand his acting spectrum with his first theater role and undergo a dramatic transformation has attracted significant attention.
