One Piece live action again surprised fans with the announcement of new cast members for the second season of the Japanese manga adaptation. The Netflix production series once again showcases four new cast members, namely Callum Kerr as Smoker, Julia Rehwald as Tashigi, Rob Colletti as Wapol, and Ty Keogh as Dalton.

This time, the announcement of the new players was successfully welcomed enthusiastically by fans, especially for the character Smoker. The character previously appeared at the end of the first season of the series, where he was seen burning a wanted poster of Monkey D. Luffy (Inaki Godoy) with his cigar.

However, at that time Smoker's face was not highlighted and only his back was shown until now the player for the character has been announced. Callum Kerr is cast to play the character Smoker. He is a Scottish actor and singer who is known for his role in the series Monarch (2022).

Smoker is a marine vice admiral and the commander of the G-5 marines who is a mentor to Tashigi. Meanwhile, the character Tashigi is played by actress Julia Rehwald who starred in three Fear Street films in 2001. Tashigi is Smoker's underling in G-5. She first appeared in the Loguetown arc and the Arabasta saga.

Meanwhile, Rob Colletti plays Wapol, a former king of the Drum Kingdom who turned into a pirate. Wapol is the main villain in the Drum Island arc. And Dalton's character is the last character announced by One Piece live action . The character will be played by Ty Keogh. He was a royal guard when Wapol was still in power. 

Dalton was later appointed king for the Sakura Kingdom. The announcement of the four actors adds to the new cast that Netflix has previously announced, including Clive Russell as Crocus, Werner Coetser as Dorry, and Brendan Murray as Brogy. Then, there is also David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, and Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9. 

One Piece live action season two will once again highlight the stories of the five main characters, namely Inaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Emily Rudd as Nami, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Taz Skylar as Sanji, and Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp.
