The three former FIFTY FIFTY members will be under the auspices of the agency MASSIVE E&C, a subsidiary of IOK Company. Based on the exclusive contract that has been agreed, Saena, Aran, and Sio will join the new group under MASSIVE E&C which will soon debut. They are planned to start their activities as soon as possible in the second half of this year.

Previously, Saena, Aran, and Sio were the original members of the girl group FIFTY FIFTY. The three decided to leave their previous agency, ATTRAKT after being involved in a dispute. FIFTY FIFTY successfully produced a viral song titled 'Cupid'. FIFTY FIFTY's debut song managed to rank #17 on Billboard Hot 100, #8 on Billboard Global 200, and #5 on Billboard Global (Excl. United States).
Seeing their unique vocal color and singing ability, IOK Company supported Saena, Aran, and Sio to debut with other trainees . Through this contract, IOK Company is determined to strengthen its position in the local and international music market and establish itself as a major player in the global entertainment industry.
