After officially completing his military service on June 12, 2024, Jin, a member of the famous boy band BTS, returned to greet fans with new enthusiasm. On June 13, 2024, he celebrated BTS FESTA 2024, an event to commemorate BTS's 11th debut anniversary, by giving free hugs to 1,000 of their loyal fans, ARMY.
Now, Jin continues his return to the entertainment world by introducing a new vlog series titled " RUN JIN ". In the preview of “RUN JIN,” which was released yesterday, Jin expressed his enthusiasm for the project. The vlog teaser follows Jin’s activities after his post-military fan meeting , and shows how he plans the content for his vlog.
“Of course we have to make content!” Jin said excitedly when asked by the director about his plans. Despite being offered to take a longer break, Jin still chose to start the project right away. “What’s the point of that? We have to start as soon as possible,” he asserted.
In his conversation with the director, Jin also touched on a rather interesting topic—climbing Mount Halla. “If ARMY is happy, I’m happy no matter what,” Jin said with a sense of devotion to his fans. In response to the possibility of climbing, Jin joked, “We’re not talking about the same mountain, are we?”
Realizing that he might have gotten caught up in the idea of climbing that he just randomly mentioned, Jin then responded with a joke, “Let’s start the first episode with climbing because I randomly mentioned climbing?”
The director quickly followed suit, “If you go, I have to go too.” Jin, in a cheerful tone, agreed, “Then I’ll go if you go!” This dialogue emphasizes how committed Jin is to bringing the best to his fans, even if it means facing challenges that may arise.
Jin also plans to release a solo album in the second half of this year, adding to fans' excitement for his new activities. The vlog is expected to provide a closer look at Jin's life and activities after his military service, as well as maintain a close connection with ARMY. The first episode of 'RUN JIN' is scheduled to air on August 13, 2024 at 9 p.m. KST.
