tvN's Korean drama, Law and The City, has entered its second half of broadcast. On July 26, 2025, the popular legal drama starring Lee Jong Suk and Mun Ga Young achieved its highest viewership ratings on Saturday July 26, 2025. 

According to Nielsen Korea, Law and The City ranked first in its time slot across all cable channels with an average nationwide rating of 5.7 percent. The drama Law and the City tells the story of Ahn Joo Hyung (Lee Jong Suk), known as a competent lawyer who has worked for nine years at the associate level.

However, he was deemed too comfortable to move on to the next level of his career due to a lack of motivation. Furthermore, Ahn Joo Hyung consistently championed clients who didn't align with his moral principles. 

This legal drama has garnered attention since its premiere. The first episode achieved high ratings of 4.6 percent nationwide and 4.7 percent in Seoul. The second episode, which aired on July 6, achieved ratings of 5.1 percent nationwide and 5 percent in Seoul, according to Nielsen Korea. 

Meanwhile, among other ongoing dramas, Head Over Heels is currently one of the highest-rated Korean dramas. Episode 9 of Head Over Heels on Monday July 21, 2025 achieved a rating of 4.6 percent.

However, episode ten, which aired on Tuesday July 22, 2025, experienced a 0.2 percent decrease from the previous episode's rating, namely an average national rating of 4.4 percent. "Law and the City" is available for streaming on Disney+.
