Xdinary Heroes' Jun Han wrote an apology letter regarding the topics he recently discussed via the fan messaging platform Bubble. He talked about the human race and eugenics, an ideology that is considered to be able to renew the race.

On Sunday, June 29, 2025, Jun Han talked about genetics where he explained, “I heard that black people have a lot of cells in their ears, that’s why they have good hearing and that’s why they’re so good at music, I’m so jealous. 

”Best headphone promotions “Is it possible to combine different races and their advantages, such as the ability of white people to reduce sugar, the physical ability of black people, and the brain power of Indian people and their brown skin?” he continued.

Jun Han's words were considered to perpetuate eugenics, which was controversial because it was one of the origins of the persecution policy in Germany. Hours later, Jun Han and his agency, JYP Entertainment released a public apology for their artist's statement.

"Hello, this is Jun Han Xdinary Heroes. First, I want to apologize to the people who felt uncomfortable and hurt by my words," wrote Jun Han. "I realize that what I said was biased and I have reflected on it. 

Once again, I bow my head in apology to anyone who felt hurt or uncomfortable because of my knowledge, social awareness and sensitivity. Moving forward, I will continue to learn and grow so that I can act on accurate knowledge," he said. 

"I also took this incident as an opportunity to be careful with my every action and word while acting responsibly. Once again, I apologize," concluded Jun Han. JYP Entertainment also apologized for Jun Han's attitude that disappointed many people. 

They hope this incident can be a lesson for their artists including Xdinary Heroes. "We also feel responsible and educate our artists and we will work extra hard to avoid incidents like this. 

We will also educate our artists on social awareness, sensitivity, and how to communicate well in public so that they show themselves with mature versions and good values," JYP Entertainment said.
