South Korean actor Chae Jong Hyeop has officially signed an exclusive contract with Blitzway Entertainment. This news was announced directly by Blitzway Entertainment CEO Hong Min Ki on Thursday August 7, 2025.
"We are thrilled to be working with actor Chae Jong Hyeop, who has become a global star. We will fully support the steady development of his filmography and ensure his iconic legacy with global fans continues," Hong Min Ki said in a statement.
Chae Jong Hyeop debuted in 2016 through a web drama and began to steal the spotlight in 2019 with his role as rookie pitcher Yu Min Ho in the SBS drama "Stove League." That brief but captivating appearance marked the beginning of his popularity.
In 2022, he played his first leading role in the KBS2 drama 'Shooting Stars' which earned him the Best New Actor award at the KBS Drama Awards that year, confirming his status as a top actor.
Chae Jong Hyeop's success continued in the tvN drama "Castaway Diva" (2023), where he played Kang Bo Geol, a variety show producer with a compassionate character who captivated viewers.
In 2024, he broke into the international market by playing the male lead in the Japanese TBS drama "Eye Love You." He role earned his the nickname "Hyeopsama" and created a phenomenon in Japan.
This culminated in a successful two-day fan meeting last June to commemorate the first anniversary of the official fan club's founding in Japan at the National Yoyogi Stadium First Gymnasium in Tokyo, demonstrating her strong fan base there.
Blitzway Entertainment, Chae Jong Hyeop's new agency, is known as a leading entertainment company specializing in actor management and video content production. The agency recently expanded its business by acquiring the music label KLAP, adding K-POP artist management to its portfolio.
Blitzway Entertainment is currently developing content-based IP branding, with strengths in drama production, film production, and crossover artist development that combines music and acting.
