Actress Ji Ye Eun will temporarily stop her entertainment activities to focus on recovering her health. Recently, Ji Ye Eun was reported to have visited the hospital due to health issues and went on a medical broadcast to rest for about a month.
Representatives from CP Entertainment, the agency that manages Ji Ye Eun, officially announced on Tuesday August 26, 2025 that the artist's condition was not good and that she had chosen to go on hiatus to recover her health.
"Starting next month, Ji Ye Eun will focus on her health and recovery. CP Entertainment will provide all necessary support to ensure the actress can get enough rest and fully recover," a CP Entertainment representative said, as quoted by Soompi. Ji Ye Eun made her debut in 2017 with the web drama How To.
She began to gain attention after appearing on SNL Korea. Ji Ye Eun was initially a frequent guest on the popular variety show "Running Man." She also served as a temporary cast member before finally being confirmed as a permanent member in late December 2024.
