VERIVERY officially announced their comeback plans for the end of this year. The announcement was made directly by members Lee Dong Heon and Jo Gye Hyeon, while joining Yeonho and Yongseung in their weekly live broadcast on September 25, 2025, after watching the finale of Mnet's survival show 'BOYS II PLANET'.
During the broadcast, Lee Dong Heon revealed that VERIVERY is preparing a new album and is almost finished. "The album is almost finished," he said. He also shared that he had worked hard on producing the songs for this album, even though they were originally prepared for a four-member lineup.
With a light laugh, he added, "But now, it's going to be a five-member version." Yeonho also expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “It will be a five-member version now.” Lee Dong Heon continued, “We hope to greet fans with five-member versions of our songs soon.
Not just the title track, but we are also working tirelessly to create music that can tell our story and convey our message. So, we hope VERRERs [VERIVERY's fan club name] will wait for us.”
Jo Gye Hyeon also shared his gratitude for the support he received during 'BOYS II PLANET'. "We just need to work hard now. We received a lot of love and support through this show, and we also gained more people who support VERIVERY.
We are very grateful, especially to VERRERs who have supported us from the beginning until now. After this show is over, we feel like we have gained new strength to move forward, and we will use that strength to work hard," he said.
Lee Dong Heon also expressed his desire to continue the weekly live broadcasts that have become a fan favorite of 'BOYS II PLANET.' He plans to invite fellow contestants and even the production staff to share behind-the-scenes stories and experiences.
With the return of the full five-member lineup, including Yoo Kang Min who also received the spotlight in 'BOYS II PLANET', VERRERs are now looking forward to VERIVERY's latest work which is promised to be full of deep stories and messages.
