However, in the teaser poster she released, Jisoo isn't alone. She's accompanied by a shadowy image of a man standing nearby. This suggests a featuring artist or duet for her upcoming single. Accompanying the post, Jisoo also shared a caption that read, " A duet is near.

Judging by the imagery, many fans suspected that Jisoo would be duetting with Zayn Malik, a former member of the British boy band One Direction. Strengthening fans' suspicions, news outlet The Korea Herald reported that industry insiders said that Jisoo will indeed duet with Zayn Malik on her new song.

However, he did mention that Zayn Malik's presence at BLACKPINK's recent concert in New York was for a specific reason. Zayn Malik was known to have attended the BLACKPINK concert in New York on July 27, 2025, with his daughter.
