PENTAGON's Shinwon will soon be embarking on a new career as an actor. The idol's foray into this new field began with a change in profile photo uploaded to PENTAGON's official social media accounts on October 14, 2025.
In the uploaded photos, the idol can be seen posing in various styles. He wears various tops, from denim jackets to formal suits. Through the message shared with fans, Shinwon did not forget to share the feelings he is currently experiencing.
"Right now, I'm experiencing a mix of emotions. I'm feeling everything from nervousness to excitement as I step into this new world. I'll turn these feelings into motivation, train hard, and prepare well so I can become someone the Universe (PENTAGON fandom) can be proud of," said the idol.
Shinwon himself just completed his mandatory military service or alternative military service as a public service employee last September 2025. Now, as he officially makes the leap to acting, SHINWON plans to meet fans through a variety of projects.
