Ji Ye Eun was absent from filming the latest episode of "Running Man" due to health reasons. This was announced by Yoo Jae Suk on the "Running Man" show, which aired on Sunday October 12, 2025.
In this episode, Yoo Jae Suk, Byun Yo Han, Kim Kang Woo, Yang Se Jong, and Bang Hyo Rin appear as cast members. However, one of the other regular cast members, Ye Eun, is absent.
Yoo Jae Suk immediately stated that Ye Eun couldn't attend because she was undergoing treatment. He also stated that this treatment wasn't related to the burnout she had previously expressed. However, Ye Eun's latest medical examination did suggest she take a break.
Yoo Jae Suk also confirmed that Ji Ye Eun would return soon after her treatment was complete. He also stated that he had spoken to her by phone and confirmed that her condition was much better.
