Lee Jung Ha, the young South Korean actor who rose to fame thanks to the Korean drama "Moving," is preparing to enlist in the military. Namoo Actors' management has announced the 27-year-old's national service schedule.

In a statement released Wednesday (December 3, 2025), Namoo Actors announced that Lee Jung Ha has applied to the Marine Corps for his mandatory military service. He has been accepted.

"He will enter the Marine Corps Education and Training Group on Monday, January 26, 2026, to fulfill his mandatory military service," said Namoo Actors as seen on their official social media accounts.

As usual, management also issued an appeal to fans not to come to the location to see the actor off. Management stated that there will be no special send-off event for Lee Jung Ha. They ask for fans' understanding regarding this matter.

"Because many prospective soldiers and their families will be present on that day, there will be no official event (from management). We express our deepest gratitude for the love for Lee Jung Ha, and also hope for warm support until the day she returns more mature," the management concluded.

Lee Jung Ha is a South Korean actor born in 1998 who debuted in 2017 in Heart Attack Warning. He began to steal the hearts of Korean drama viewers after starring in Moving (2023) on Disney+ as Kim Bong Seok.

Lee Jung Ha is currently starring in the Korean drama "Heroes Next Door" by ENA. The drama, which is also streaming on Coupang Play and Genie TV (specifically for South Korean viewers), has been well-received by viewers, as evidenced by its strong viewership ratings.
