There are only 12 days left until the EXO'verse fan meeting scheduled for December 14, 2025. SM Entertainment released the latest photo of EXO with a 6-member formation. This is the first time the agency has released an official photo of EXO in its current lineup.
The EXO'verse fan meeting poster features only Suho, Chanyeol, Sehun, Kai, D.O., and Lay. The three members who did not appear were Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin. The release of EXO's latest lineup photo has ended a controversy that has arisen among fans and netizens.
Not long ago, when the 2025 Melon Music Awards released its poster, it only featured the EXO logo. This became the subject of online jokes. Some said even Melon was confused about which photo to use for their promotional materials because EXO's lineup was constantly changing.
This photo also marks the first time Lay has appeared on an EXO concert/fanmeeting poster after a long hiatus from the group. Furthermore, the release of this photo also confirms EXO's new lineup. Many believe this is SM Entertainment's official confirmation that EXO will only be active as six members, excluding CBX.
Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin (all three are under INB100 management) are currently still having problems with SM Entertainment. The problem began when INB100 accused SM of violating the members' exclusive contracts. CBX accused SM of being unfair and non-transparent regarding earnings.
This problem has been going on for quite a long time and has been accompanied by several lawsuits and mediation in court. On October 28, 2025, the court dismissed INB100's five lawsuits against SM Entertainment.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also ruled that SM did not commit any legal violations in the case reported by CBX. This series of legal issues culminated in SM Entertainment's announcement regarding EXO's comeback plans. In the announcement, SM excluded CBX from EXO's lineup.
INB100 responded to the announcement, confirming that their artists still want to make a comeback with EXO. They also stated that they are working as hard as possible to reach an agreement with SM Entertainment.
But it seems like the deal didn't happen, huh? EXO will hold their EXO'verse fanmeeting at Inspire Arena, Incheon, on December 14, 2025. Maybe Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin will only be able to sit in the audience seats that day.
