Mo Su Jin, vocalist for the band Acoustic Collabo, has passed away. She was 27 years old. Mo Su Jin's death was confirmed by her management, Panic Button. The artist breathed her last on Sunday (January 25, 2026). The cause of Mo Su Jin's death was not disclosed. 

Her funeral was held in Namyangju, Gyeonggi, on Wednesday (January 28). "We pray for the deceased's peace," said the management in an official statement, as reported by the Korea JoongAng Daily on Thursday (January 29, 2026)

"All funeral proceedings will be held privately for family, relatives, and close friends, to respect the family's wishes," they continued. Mo Su Jin was born in 1999 and trained as an idol. 

She later left that path and joined the band Acoustic Collabo in 2020. Mo Su Jin joined the band as the band's third-generation vocalist. Her singing career began with the release of their third full-length album, Acoustic Collab, Good to be With You (2020).

Acoustic Collabo was originally a band with only one member, Kim Seung Jae. The group's vocalist has changed from Ahn Da Eun to Kim Kyu Nyeon, then to Mo Su Jin. The group also had problems with their previous agency in 2022. 

They won the lawsuit in 2024 and joined the new management Panic Button in 2025. Mo Su Jin also released a solo single titled "Your Universe" in 2025. It was the last song she released under her own name.
