ITZY's Yuna, has been confirmed to make her solo debut with the release of her first album, 'Ice Cream', on March 23, 2026. JYP Entertainment officially announced the news on March 2, 2026 at midnight local time through ITZY's official social media channels.
Along with the announcement, JYP released a trailer video and a schedule image marking the start of Yuna's solo debut promotions. The trailer opens with a captivating visual: melting vanilla ice cream, which then transitions to show off Yuna's boundless charm.
In the video, Yuna showcases a variety of eye-catching styles, ranging from plain to trendy to chic. At the peak, the text appears reading "Oh, my God" and "She's awaken", followed by Yuna's appearance in a white dress that gives a majestic impression and extraordinary visuals.
On release day, March 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM KST, Yuna will greet fans through a Countdown Live event one hour before the album's official release at 6:00 PM KST. Additionally, on March 27, 2026, the physical version of the album in the United States and a remix version of "Ice Cream" will also be released globally.
Yuna is the second ITZY member to go solo, following Yeji. As the maknae, known for her captivating visuals, solid performance skills, and powerful charisma, Yuna is expected to solidify her identity as a solo artist on the global K-pop stage.
