ENHYPEN continues to fight to protect its members from malicious comments and privacy violations. On June 30, 2026, BELIFT LAB issued an official statement informing them that they were taking legal action against individuals who posted negative content and stalked the group members.
In the statement, BELIFT LAB confirmed that they had identified the perpetrator of last year's stalking incident, in which someone illegally entered ENHYPEN's residence to secretly record the members' activities.
The case has been referred to the prosecution with a recommendation for prosecution, and legal proceedings are ongoing. "Hello. This is BELIFT LAB. First, we sincerely thank ENGENE for always showing unwavering support and encouragement for ENHYPEN," the agency wrote in a statement, expressing their gratitude to their fans for their continued support.
BELIFT LAB also revealed that they are continuously monitoring major portals like Naver, Daum Cafes, and Nate Pann, as well as music and social media platforms, to gather evidence of harassment against their artists.
"We are taking legal action against malicious posts and comments directed at our artists, based on evidence obtained from our ongoing monitoring," they continued. The agency explained that they will pursue all possible legal action to protect their artists from privacy violations and stalking.
Actions such as hiring a driver to accompany artists to private events or entering their accommodations without permission are clear violations of the law. "These malicious behaviors violate the artists' personal privacy, disrupt their peaceful daily lives, and cause substantial harm to both the artists and those around them," BELIFT LAB stated.
The agency further emphasized that it will not tolerate any violations, even first-time offenders. It is committed to ensuring that severe punishment is meted out to anyone who violates artists' rights and threatens their safety.
The statement highlighted the stalking incident that occurred last year, with the identified perpetrators being referred to the prosecution. "We will continue to fully cooperate with the authorities and do our best to ensure strict punishment for those who violate our artists' rights," the agency asserted.
The agency also highlighted the serious consequences of stalking, including tracking artists' non-public activities and sightings at airports or private events. Actions such as taking close-up passport photos of artists upon arrival and departure from airports and distributing these images constitute a serious violation of the law.
BELIFT LAB stated that it will take strict legal action against behavior that invades artists' privacy or hinders their work. “We hope that fans can cooperate to maintain order and ensure the safety of artists and all passengers at the airport,” BELIFT LAB requested, emphasizing the importance of cooperation from fans.
At the end of their statement, BELIFT LAB expressed their gratitude to ENGENE for their continued love and support for ENHYPEN, and reiterated their commitment to protecting the rights and interests of artists.
