Actor Gong Yoo is back with a fan meeting tour titled " The Long Take," which will be held in several countries across Asia, including Jakarta. He will hold his first fan meeting at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, on October 17, 2026.
Management SOOP, as the agency, initially uploaded a teaser video showing the actor with his journal containing a letter expressing his longing for fans.
Apart from Indonesia, Gong Yoo is scheduled to visit several countries starting from Yokohama, Japan on October 4, followed by Thailand, Macau, the Philippines and ending with South Korea on November 28.
Promoter Three Mountains Ave has been confirmed as the party bringing the 47-year-old actor to Jakarta. Beyond this information, ticket prices and seating for the Jakarta fan meeting are still unknown.
“ The Long Take ” marks Gong Yoo’s latest fan meeting after previously holding a fan meeting titled “ Make A Wish ” in 2017. After that, he was busy acting in several Korean dramas and films. He most recently starred in the film Seo Bok , released in 2021
In terms of drama, Gong Yoo also made a special appearance in the series "The Squid Game," which received a positive response from the public. He then starred in the series "The Silent Sea" and "The Trunk."
The actor also returned to acting in a series entitled Tantara with Song Hye Kyo which tells the story of the struggles of entertainment industry players behind the scenes in the 80s and is planned to air this year.
Gong Yoo also starred in the variety show Guardian: The Lonely and Great God 10th Anniversary to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Goblin. In this show, he reunited with Kim Go Eun, Lee Dong Wook, and Yoo In Na for a two-day, one-night trip to Gapyeong, South Korea.
