Trans TV Cinema will air "Way Down (The Vault)" on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 8:15 PM WIB. The film tells the story of a break-in at the world's most secure vault, the Bank of Spain.
This 118-minute film tells the story of Walter Morland who discovered treasure in Spanish waters, but the results were confiscated by the government and stored in a super-tight safe that was never broken into for 80 years.
Morland then assembles a team consisting of fraud experts, logistics experts, computer hackers, and a genius engineering student named Thom Johnson, to break into the safe in 105 minutes, in time for the 2010 World Cup Final.
The film is directed by Jaume Balagueró and stars Freddie Highmore, Liam Cunningham, Astrid Bergès-Frisbey, and Sam Riley, delivering a mix of action, strategy, and suspense.
"We devised a strategy to break in during the 2010 World Cup Finals to distract the security forces," said one of the main actors, Freddie Highmore.
The film's plot is full of puzzles and time tension, making this heist action very dramatic and tense, with each team member playing a vital role in the success of the mission.
In addition to Way Down, Trans TV Cinema will also be showing the film Hotel Mumbai on Saturday night at 10:30 PM WIB, which tells the true story of the terrorist attacks in Mumbai in 2008.
