The Realme X50M 5G smartphone has been launched in China, and it comes with specifications and features that are mostly similar to the Realme X50 5G. The highlight of the new Realme X50M is that it comes with 5G support thanks to the Snapdragon 765G SoC.
The smartphone also touts features like a 120Hz display, 30W Dart fast charging support and a 48MP quad camera setup, among other things. The phone will go on sale in China soon, and there is no word yet on whether the Realme X50M will come to India. Considering this is an affordable mid-range 5G phone, chances are that the company could bring it to India soon.
The Realme X50M looks similar to the Realme 6 from the back as it gets a similar Comet design with streaks of light originating from the bottom middle of the panel. We also see a similar vertical quad camera setup as well. On the front, the Realme X50M sports a pill-shaped punch-hole cutout to house dual selfie cameras.
The smartphone sports a 6.57-inch FHD+ 120Hz display with a 90.4 percent screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by a 2.4GHz Snapdragon 765G chipset that is based on a 7nm process and comes with an integrated 5G modem. This processor is paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
Coming to the cameras, the Realme X50M sports a quad camera setup on the back that includes a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, the phone gets a 16MP main selfie camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The Realme X50M houses a 4,200mAh battery and supports 30W Dart fast charging support.
Realme X50M price in China starts at CNY 1,999 (approx Rs 21,500) for the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at CNY 2,299 (aprox Rs 25,000). The Realme X50M 5G will go on sale in China starting April 29th and will be available in Starry Blue and Galaxy White colours.
