Samsung has launched a new smartphone under its Galaxy A-series in the European market dubbed as Samsung Galaxy A12. The handset comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity V display and offer 15W adaptive fast charging support.
The Samsung Galaxy A12 features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 720x1560 pixel resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor paired with 3GB/4GB/6GB of RAM.
As for the camera, the Samsung Galaxy A12 sports a quad-rear camera setup which comprises a 48MP main sensor with f/2.0 aperture, 5MP ultra-wide angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, 2MP depth sensor and 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. The front is home to an 8MP selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture.
The smartphone comes in three storage options 32GB/64GB/128GB internal storage. Users can further expand the storage up to 1TB by adding a microSD card. The handset is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W adaptive fast charging support.
The Samsung Galaxy A12 runs on Android 10 operating system topped with the company's own One UI. As for the sensor, The dual SIM smartphone comes equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It comes in Black, White, Red and Blue colour options.
In terms of pricing and availability, the Samsung Galaxy A12 comes with a starting price tag of 179 Euros (Rs 15,720). The smartphone will be available in Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands and other European countries starting January 2021.
