The Huawei Nova 8i has been launched in Malaysia, as the latest device in Huawei‘s Nova 8 series. The handset comes with a quad-camera setup, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 662 chipset, and a 4300mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging.
The Huawei Nova 8i smartphone comes with a 6.67-inch TFT LCD display that features an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2376 pixels and a 94.7% screen-to-body ratio. it sports a quad-camera setup. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 662 chipset processor.
In terms of optics, the smartphone features a 64-megapixel primary main camera with an f/1.9 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The phone has a 16MP camera with an aperture of f/2.0 on the front for selfies and video calls.
In terms of OS software, the Huawei Nova 8i ships with Android 10-based EMUI 11 out of the box. As for the storage, It features 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone has a 4300mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging.
In terms of connectivity, the smartphone features dual-SIM support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. As for the sensor, there is an integrated fingerprint sensor on the smartphone’s power button.
The Huawei Nova 8i comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage capacity and it is priced at MYR 1,299 (Rs. 23,338) in Malaysia. The smartphone comes in Moonlight Silver, Interstellar Blue, and Starry Black colour options. The handset is already up for pre-orders on Huawei’s official Malaysia website.
