Huawei Nova 8i smartphone has been launched in Malaysia after being listed on the company store last week. The handset is powered by the Snapdragon 662 SoC and has a quad camera setup on the back. It packs a 4,300mAh battery on board and supports 66W fast charging.
The Huawei Nova 8i comes with a 6.67-inch display with a resolution of 1080x2340 pixels. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. In terms of OS software, the device runs on Android 10 operating system. It bears a glass body.
The smartphone on the rear packs a 64-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.9 aperture; an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture; a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. The device has a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls with an f/2.0 aperture.
The Huawei Nova 8i is powered by a 4300mAh non-removable battery with fast charging proprietary support. The smartphone runs EMUI 11 is based on Android 10 OS operating system and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage. The handset is a dual-SIM mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards.
Connectivity options on the smartphone include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, and USB Type-C. Sensors on the Huawei Nova 8i include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. It was launched in Moonlight Silver, Interstellar Blue, and Starry Black colours.
