Huawei P50 smartphone has been launched in China. The new handset come with a hole-punch display Snapdragon 888 processor, 50-megapixel primary camera, a 4100mAh battery and support 4G connectivity. These new device has multiple cameras on the back, placed in a unique manner.
The Huawei P50 comes with a 6.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1224x2700 pixels at a pixel density of 458 pixels per inch (ppi). In terms of dimensions, the smartphone measures 156.50 x 73.80 x 7.92mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 181.00 grams.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. In terms of OS software, the Huawei P50 runs on Android 11 OS and is powered by a 4100mAh battery. The handset supports proprietary fast charging.
As for the camera department, the Huawei P50 on the rear packs a 50-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture; a 13-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 12-megapixel camera with an f/3.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. The smartphone has a 13-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls with an f/2.4 aperture.
The Huawei P50 runs HarmonyOS 2 is based on Android 11 operating system and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via Nano Memory Card card (up to 256GB). Sensors on the smartphone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor.
In terms of connectivity options on the Huawei P50 smartphone include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.20, NFC, and USB Type-C. As for the color options, the smartphone comes in Cocoa Tea Gold, Snowy White and Yao Gold Black colors.
