Infinix has been launched Smart 5 Pro in Pakistan as a low-budget smartphone. The handset comes with an unnamed 1.6GHz octa-core processor and a gigantic 6,000mAh battery. Unfortunately, there is no fast charging technology in the phone. It has Android 11 Go OS, a 13MP dual-rear camera setup, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The phone is providing a 6.52-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and 500nits of peak brightness. As per the details listed on the e-commerce website, the Infinix Smart 5 Pro runs on Android 11 (Go Edition) with XOS 7.6 Operating System out of the box. The company has provided a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and also has a face unlock feature.
Speaking about its design, the Infinix Smart 5 Pro comes with a waterdrop style notch on the display and a square-shaped camera module on the backside. On the hardware and performance front, it is powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core SoC paired with 2GB of RAM. In terms of storage, it comes in a single 32GB internal storage variant, though users can expand its storage capacity through a microSD card.
As for optics, the Infinix Smart 5 Pro has a dual-camera setup on the rear that houses a 13MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a depth sensor. On the front side, there is an 8MP AI Super Clear camera for selfies and video calling. Customers can purchase it in two colors, Black and Green.
The Infinix Smart 5 Pro is backed by a 6,000mAh battery with Power Marathon Technology. Other notable features are Wi-Fi 802.11ac, 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5.0, 3.5mm audio jack, USB Type-C port, and GPS. The company claims that it delivers up to 67 hours of talk time or 88 days of standby time on a single charge.
As for the official pricing and availability, the new Infinix Smart 5 Pro has been priced at PKR 14,499 (approximately Rs. 6,200) for the lone 2GB of RAM with 32GB of internal storage model. The smartphone is available through the e-commerce platform website XPark in Pakistan.
