Oppo has launched its new smartphone in Malaysia – called the Oppo A95. It is an LTE version of Oppo A95 5G which was announced in China in April this year. The company brings a 60Hz display and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The handset comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC, 8GB of RAM, and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging technology. 

The Oppo A95 has provided a 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 60Hz refresh rate. The screen also has an in-display fingerprint sensor and a punch-hole cutout. Speaking about the processor, it is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC along with Adreno 610 GPU. In terms of dimensions, it measures 160.3 x 73.8 x 7.95mm and weighs 175 grams.

Going around the back, it sports a triple camera setup on the backside including a 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.7 lens, a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens, and a 2MP macro sensor with an f/2.4 lens. On the front, there’s a 16MP selfie camera. The front sensor features photos, videos, panorama, portrait, night, time-lapse, and more. The smartphone comes with a 5,000mAh battery with 33W VOOC Flash Charge support.

The Oppo A95 runs on Android 11 based ColorOS 11.1 Operating System out of the box. It has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. For more storage, you can expand its storage capacity via a microSD card. Connectivity features are Wi-Fi 802.11ac, 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5.0, 3.5mm Audio Jack, and USB Type-C Port. Onboard sensors are Gravity Sensor, Gyroscope, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Geomagnetic Sensor, and Optical Sensor. 

As for the pricing and availability, the Oppo A95 carries a price tag of MYR 1,099 (approximately Rs. 19,600) for the lone 8GB RAM with 128GB storage model. The smartphone comes in two color options, i.e. Rainbow Silver and Starry Black. It is available to purchase from Oppo’s official website, Shopee, and Lazada.
