iQOO Neo 5 SE smartphone was announced in China along with iQOO Neo 5S. The handset comes with Qualcomm’s flagship chipset, 50MP triple rear camera, 144Hz fast refresh rate punch-hole display, UFS 3.1 fast storage, LPDDR5 RAM, a 4500mah battery, flash charging, 4D game vibration, and more.
iQOO Neo 5 SE features a 6.67 inches LCD display with a 144Hz fast refresh rate, DCI-P3 color gamut, Full-HD+ resolution, and 650nit peak brightness. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with Snapdragon 870 coupled with Adreno 650 GPU. It is accompanied by up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 164.70 x 76.68 x 8.53mm and weighs 189 grams.
The iQOO Neo 5 SE boasts a triple rear camera that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone sports a 16-megapixel front-facing camera under the punch-hole at the top center. The device is running on Android 11 operating system with Origin OS Ocean on top.
The iQOO Neo 5 SE is packed with a 4500mah battery and supports 55W fast charging. For connectivity, the smartphone includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors onboard, the handset sports gravity sensor, Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Gyro, Electronic compass, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
As for the pricing and availability, iQOO Neo 5 SE comes in three configurations:- 8GB + 128GB priced at 2,199 yuan, 8GB + 256GB priced at 2,399 yuan and 12GB + 256GB priced at 2,599 yuan. The smartphone comes in three color options namely Phantom color, Mine Shadow Blue, and Rock crystal white. The handset is up for pre-sale and will go for sale from December 28 in China.
