OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone was revealed in China as the new generation flagship device along with the OnePlus Buds Pro Mithril Edition TWS earbuds. The handset comes with the latest Qualcomm flagship chipset, Android 12 out of the box, high refresh rate punch-hole AMOLED display, triple rear camera, big battery, fast charging, and more.
OnePlus 10 Pro features a 6.7 inches LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz dynamic fast refresh rate display, QHD+ ( 1,440 x 3,216 pixels ) resolution, 1300 nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of storage variant. The handset comes running on Android 12 OS out of the box.
The OnePlus 10 Pro boasts a triple rear camera that includes a 48-megapixel Sony IMX789 primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization along with an f/1.8 aperture, 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL JN1 ultrawide lens with f/2.2 aperture, and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with OIS support. The rear camera supports 8k video recording, 3.3x optical zoom, and Hasselblad’s color optimizations. For selfies video calls, the smartphone sports a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 sensor under the punch-hole at the top left corner.
The OnePlus 10 Pro is packed with a 5000mah battery and supports 80W fast wired charging and 50W fast wireless charging. For connectivity, the smartphone includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GNSS, NFC, and a USB-C port. In terms of dimensions, the device measures 163×73.9×8.55mm and weighs 200.5 grams. The company offered the phone in two color options namely Emerald Forest and Volcanic Black.
As for pricing and availability, the OnePlus 10 Pro comes in three configurations: 8GB + 128GB priced at 4,699 yuan, 8GB + 256GB priced at 4,999 yuan, and 12GB + 128GB priced at 5,299 yuan. The smartphone can be purchased from January 13 in China via the Oppo store and others. The company hasn’t mentioned about the global launch but it is going to hit other markets very soon.
