Xiaomi's Redmi Note 11S smartphone will once again go on sale in India on February 28. The device was launched earlier this month and went on its first sale on February 21. The handset starts at Rs. 16,499 for the 6GB/64GB model and features a 90Hz AMOLED display, a MediaTek Helio G96 processor, and a 108MP primary camera.
The Redmi 11S was launched in India on February 9 alongside the Redmi Note 11 model. Its first sale was held on February 21 but the smartphone ran out of stock in no time. Those who could not buy the device in the first sale can try to score it in the next sale which is set for February 28.
The Redmi Note 11S bears a 6.43-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The smartphone flaunts a punch-hole design with rounded corners, slim bezels, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. At the rear, the handset has a quad camera setup.
Under the hood, The Redmi Note 11S draws power from a MediaTek Helio G96 processor, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal memory. The smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support. For connectivity options, it offers support for Wi-Fi, 4G, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a Type-C port.
In terms of optics, the Redmi Note 11S flaunts a quad rear camera module, comprising a 108MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide snapper, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth camera. On the front, the smartphone features a 16MP selfie camera. On the front software, the handset boots Android 11 with MIUI 13 skin baked on top.
For pricing and availability in India, the Redmi Note 11S is priced at Rs. 16,499 for the 6GB/64GB variant, Rs. 17,499 for the 6GB/128GB model, and Rs. 18,499 for the 8GB/128GB configuration. The smartphone is offered in Horizon Blue, Space Black and Polar White color options. The handset will next go on sale on February 28 via Amazon.
