Vivo has launched its latest 5G smartphone -- called the Vivo V23e 5G in India. The handset sports a full HD+ AMOLED display and is powered by a MediaTek processor. The smartphone offers a 44MP autofocus front camera and a 50MP triple rear camera. The all-new Vivo device comes with an ultra-thin body and the Fluorite AG Glass design. The device also offers 44W fast charging support.
Vivo V23e 5G comes with 6.44-inch full HD+ 1080x2400 pixel resolution and 90Hz resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor coupled with 8GB of RAM. The handset packs 128GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 1TB by adding a microSD card. It comes with dual SIM support and runs Android 12 OS topped with the company's own layer of FunTouchOS 12.
In terms of optics, the mid-range Vivo smartphone sports a triple rear camera with 50MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, LED flash, 8MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture and 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. Front is home to a 44MP selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calling.
Vivo V23e 5G is backed by a 4050mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. The company claims that the smartphone can charge up to 69% in 30 minutes. For connectivity, the smartphone includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. In terms of dimensions, the Vivo V23e 5G Midnight Blue model measures 160.87 × 74.28 × 7.36 mm and Sunshine Gold measures 160.87 × 74.28 × 7.41 mm and weighs 172 grams.
Vivo V23e 5G comes with a price tag of Rs 25,990. Customers can purchase the smartphone in Midnight Blue and Sunshine Gold colour options. The smartphone will be available online on Vivo.com and authorized retail stores in the country. Customers can purchase the handset starting today. At this price point, the new Vivo will compete against the Xiaomi 11i 5G which is priced at Rs 24,999.
