Poco has launched the 4G variant of the M4 Pro smartphone in India immediately following the global launch. It carries a price tag of Rs. 14,999 and it will be available for purchase on Flipkart. The Chinese tech company has also announced the Poco X4 Pro but the device hasn’t been launched in India officially, but we can expect it to launch soon.
Talking about the specification and features, the Poco M4 Pro 4G has a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate support. The display has a screen resolution of 2400×1080 pixels and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. Under the hood, The smartphone gets powered by a MediaTek Helio G96 SoC that is paired with the ARM Mali-G57 GPU.
On the back, the Poco M4 Pro 4G has a triple-camera setup. the device comes with a 64MP main camera sensor, an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP sensor for macro photography. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone has a 16MP front camera. On the front software, the handset boots on Android 11 based MIUI 13 OS out of the box.
The Poco M4 Pro 4G also comes with a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging out of the box. To keep the moderate temperature during long hour device usage, the M4 Pro uses a Liquid cooling technology. Users can also extend its RAM for up to 3GB via Virtual RAM technology. The smartphone will be available in three colours: Cool Blue, Poco Yellow, and Power Black.
For pricing and availability, the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage edition of the Poco M4 Pro 4G costs Rs. 14,999, the 6GB + 128GB variant costs Rs. 16,499, and the 8GB + 256GB variant costs Rs. 17,999. It will be available for purchase on e-commerce platform website Flipkart on March 7 at 12 p.m. (noon). HDFC bank cardholders will also receive an Rs. 1,000 discount on the smartphone.
