Samsung Galaxy A73 5G smartphone was announced as the new 5G device from the South Korean Tech Giant. As for the key highlights, the new smartphone comes with a Qualcomm’s upper mid-range chipset, fast refresh rate AMOLED display, quad rear camera, big battery, fast charging, and more. The company also unveiled the Galaxy A33 5G and Galaxy A53 5G alongside the Galaxy A73. 

Samsung Galaxy A73 5G flaunts a 6.7 inches Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz fast refresh rate, and a flat edge-to-edge screen with thin bezels. Under the hood, the smartphone comes powered with a Snapdragon 778G octa-core chipset that comes coupled with Adreno 642L GPU. It is accompanied by 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage with microSD card slot support up to 1TB storage expansion. 

In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy A73 5G features a quad rear camera that includes a 108-megapixel main sensor with f/1.8 aperture along with OIS support, a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens with f/2.2 aperture, a 5-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The device comes equipped with a 5000mah battery and supports 25W fast charging but the company will not include any charger in the box. 

For selfies and video calls, the Samsung Galaxy A73 5G sports a 32-megapixel front-facing camera under the Infinity O punch-hole at the top center with an f/2.2 aperture. On the front software, it comes running on Android 12 OS with OneUI 4.1 skin on top. For connectivity options, the smartphone includes a 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GNSS, and USB Type-C port.

Samsung hasn’t revealed the official pricing of the smartphone yet but the smartphone will be available for purchase in selected countries starting from April 22. The handset is offered in five color options namely Black, White, Blue, Peach, and Mint.
