The Korean boy band, BTS, has been rumored to have disbanded. The leader of BTS, Kim Namjoon aka Rap Monster or RM, opened his voice. The announcement of BTS' hiatus as a group to focus on a solo career also made the public excited. Many suspect the hiatus is just an excuse to cover up plans for the disbandment of the Korean pride band.

On various rumors, RM also provided clarification through a statement he released on weverse. RM admitted that he had been contacted by many people closest to him who asked the rumors circulating. "Many screenshots of articles shared with me, using keywords out of context such as BTS disbanding, stopping group activities, and announcing a hiatus. I knew this was going to happen, and was prepared too.

But I still feel sad But it's also not that I expect everyone to watch a video that shows us crying," RM wrote as quoted by detikJabar from detikHot. The broadcast, a living testament to the unusual content of the dinner, which aired on June 13th was meaningful, solely and completely dedicated to ARMYs who supported us for the past nine years.

Of course non-ARMYs thought the members and I too dramatic, ungrateful. But we and ARMY shared everything in a decade without stopping. What we have is very special, without a doubt, "he continued. The bond between ARMY and BTS according to RM made them decide to release an honest broadcast.

Therefore, in the broadcast, RM emphasized that absolutely no words of disbandment were spoken. "We explained clearly to those who watched the broadcast that this was not the end of us, exactly what was conveyed through the song Yet to Come," said RM. "What I want to clarify right now is that we don't want to beat around the bush about anything.

There were no implied words in the broadcast, we were really open and honest about our feelings to the point of shedding tears. I never had any doubts that ARMY, who know who we really are, will understand all gracefully. We mean what we say in the broadcast as it is, without any other message, "he added.

RM also mentioned that the BTS members continued to discuss their future together on various occasions. At the end of the statement, he thanked fans and the public who watched the broadcast and promised to do his best as individuals and as a team. Previously, news of BTS' hiatus affected HYBE's shares. In fact, their shares fell by 25 percent.
