There's some surprising news for the Namnation. Adapted from Pinkvilla on Tuesday September 27, 2022, Eric Nam made Namnation all the rage when he talked about wanting to bring the “There & Back Again World Tour” to India. This is not simple news for his fans so they become very enthusiastic.
Currently Eric Nam who is a popular solo singer from South Korea is traveling the world and making shows. Eric Nam who is known worldwide does have a special fan base in India as he continues to captivate them with his sweet voice and is loved with his social presence. The Namnation, as the fandom is called, is the strongest force among many K-pop fanclubs in the country.
The singer herself has a special relationship with India as she previously lived there to work while handling microfinance initiatives. Eric Nam has previously expressed his desire to come to India once again, and this time as a singer. He even collaborated with popular Indian soloist Armaan Malik and American songwriter, KSHMR for their collaboration song “Echo” released in 2021.
It managed to generate a buzz of support throughout the trio's fans. The song itself continues to be a fan favorite. Earlier this year, Eric Nam joked about flying to India with Armaan Malik backing him. He expressed his desire to be part of the lineup for Lollapalooza India by tweeting,
“ I would love to play at Lollapalooza India ,” as the music festival was announced for January 2023. Now, once again as she nears the end of the “There & Back Again World Tour” which has seen her travel the world singing her best songs, the singer takes to Twitter to drop the 'bomb' captioning,
“ I want to take my show to India … comment and retweet if you're coming?? ” and fans flooded the comments section. Not only that, Eddie Nam, Eric Nam's brother and manager, further added, “ I'm serious too, but I need proof from your fans in India ”. The two expressions certainly made The Namnation even more excited to see their idol firsthand.
